I used the old version MY 2021 and it never worked well. I complained 2 times about it and FOX did send me the MY 2025. This version is a bit better. But still sticky in the end of the travel way. Now, I got a new bike, also with the Transfer MY2025. Same issue! Too much friction. Contacted many othe MTB colleagues with this model. All the same issue. Cannot understand it. Every other cheap dropper post does not have that problem. I am really disappointed.

Looks, functionality, and serviceable, what more could you ask for in your dropper? Actuation has been smooth, plenty of drop. Does the job and looks great on top of it.

It didn't work well when it was new, and it only worked well for a little while after I sent it in for service, and then returned to its sticky, fiddly ways. That being said, it is still easier than moving the seat up and down with the clamp.

After only five rides the redesigned 2025 post still sticks on the way up.
